What you’ll know about your fuel

Four questions that today get answered with paper and estimates. With Inteligenciat, they get answered with data.

  • How much fuel is in each tank?

Tank monitoring. A non-intrusive monitor on each tank sends the level to the cloud. You see inventory, deliveries and usage from your phone or computer, and get alerts for low levels or unusual drops.

    OmniView technology

  • Who fueled, which unit, and how much?

Dispensing control. Only authorized staff can dispense, and only into authorized units. Every fill-up is recorded with unit, driver, product, volume, date and time, at fixed islands and on fuel trucks.

    E.J. Ward technology

  • How much does each vehicle and machine use?

Fleets and equipment. The vehicle identifies itself at the pump. Telematics adds mileage and usage data to measure each unit’s performance.

    Geotab technology

  • Does that data reach your systems on its own?

Integration. We connect the platforms to your maintenance system, ERP or accounting through APIs. The information arrives complete, with no retyping.

How every fill-up gets recorded

The driver badges in, and the system checks the unit, the product and the authorized limit. Only then does the pump turn on.

When it’s done, the transaction is saved and sent to your systems. Nobody has to write it down.
